Dawood started climbing in San Diego and quickly gained an appreciation for the unique spaces one can only find climbing and mountaineering. From climbing in the Sierra, mountaineering in the Cascades, backpacking in Pecos wilderness, to canyoneering in Zion; Dawood finds true joy in outdoor spaces of all kinds.

Having a passion for native plants and being a Leave No Trace certified trainer helps Dawood bring a sense of enchantment to the outdoors. Ask him about the sights and smells that surround you, the birds flying by, the beautiful shape of the rock and you'll be sure to get a thought provoking conversation that could range from earth science to philosophy; or at least a bad pun.

Dawood finds the biggest reward in creating empowerment opportunities for guests and watching aha moments light up a participants face as they progress through their experience. His ceaseless enthusiasm and passion for helping you develop in a way that's meaningful to you drives him forward.
