Our Ladies Weekend Out event is back this February in beautiful San Diego! Golden State Guiding and our good friends Rab Equipment, Têra Kaia, Fixe Hardware, and Pure Project Brewing are throwing another awesome Ladies Weekend Out event in San Diego, running February 9th to the 11th! Twelve lucky ladies will have the opportunity to climb some of San Diego’s most coveted rock climbing crags with our professionally trained AMGA guides. Both days will be packed with fun climbing for all abilities, technical clinics introducing you to outdoor climbing, camaraderie, community and fun for all!

Our Ladies Weekend Out events have become the go-to, all female climbing events to attend! The smaller group size sets the stage for a more intimate weekend where participants get to know one-another and receive more personalized instruction. LADIES WEEKEND OUT SAN DIEGO INFO

Any personal climbing equipment for the weekend including a harness, helmet and climbing shoes
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 9TH
Opening night at Pure Project Brewing Balboa Park! We’ll meet at Pure Project to get to know each other before the weekend. Here we’ll distribute your Tera Kaia tops, hand out your climbing gear, speak to logistics and answer any questions you may have, all while enjoying a craft beers, courtesy of Pure Project Brewing!
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10TH
Rock climbing at Mission Gorge in San Diego! Rock climbing clinics will be facilitated throughout the day, introducing you to climbing outdoors safely and efficiently with our professionally trained AMGA Guides. After our day of climbing at Mission Gorge we’ll head over to Pure Project Brewing on Miramar Road and indulge in some of the finest craft beers San Diego has to offer! Pure Project will provide 2 free drinks for all participants. Dinner is not included in the cost of the weekend but a food truck will be present to purchase food.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH
Rock climbing at Mount Woodson in San Diego! Crack climbing and traditional climbing clinics will be facilitated throughout the day. We'll end the day around 2:00 pm, pack up and head home.
All guests will be responsible for their own meals, transportation, and accommodations for the duration of the event. Golden State Guiding will provide refreshments Friday and Saturday night with the help of our good friends over at Pure Project Brewing.
